Chinedu Chukwudinma

Chinedu DPhil in Geography and the Environment from the University of Oxford and serves as an Editorial Board Member of the Review of African Political Economy (ROAPE). He is the author of A Rebel’s Guide to Walter Rodney (2022) and co-editor of Voices for African Liberation: Conversations with the Review of African Political Economy (2024). Chinedu offers proofreading and editorial services for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral dissertations, particularly within the humanities and social sciences. His areas of expertise includes politics, geography, history, and the political economy of Africa and the Global South. 

Jörg Wiegratz

Jörg Wiegratz teaches Political Economy of Global Development at the School of Politics and International Studies, University of Leeds, in the UK, and he is an experienced author, editor and writer. He has written a number of books, coordinated and edited collections of essays and is an active scholar engaged in multiple projects. Wiegratz's pathbreaking study of Uganda, first published in 2016, Neoliberal Moral Economy is being republished in a new edition by Editor House Facility.

Yusuf Serunkuma

Yusuf Serunkuma is a columnist in Uganda’s newspapers, scholar and a playwright. In 2014, Fountain Publishers published his first play, The Snake Farmers which was received with critical acclaim in Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda. He is also a scholar and researcher who teaches political economy and history, and founder of Editor House Facility. Yusuf has extensive experience as a publisher and editor working for the prestigious Fountain Publishers as a commissioning editor, before focusing on his own research, publishing and writing.

Chanda Mfula

Chanda is an interdisciplinary researcher and scholar, working across the fields of  media, communications, politics, and political economy, among others within social science and humanities. He has a experience supervising postgraduate students and teaching in university at all levels. Chanda is also an experienced practitioner in organisation, programme and project management in the area of media development, development media, and communication, as well as politics, and has extensive practical experience in communications, public relations, media, journalism and broadcasting.

Leo Zeilig

Leo Zeilig conducts research on African politics and history, specializing in radical transformation and change on the continent since independence. He is also a novelist and editor and has written extensively, including biographies of some of Africa’s most important revolutionaries and thinkers. Zeilig has many years working as an editor for a range of publications, websites, books and journals. He has also edited fiction, and poetry and is sensitive to the battle to express ourselves in our writing whatever the form.

Ben Radley

Ben is a Reader in International Development at the University of Bath, with more than fifteen years of writing and editorial experience in the field of African political economy. He is a member of the Editorial Working Group for the Review of African Political Economy (ROAPE) and a Working Group Coordinator for the International Initiative for Promoting Political Economy. He is the author of Disrupted Development in the Congo, published by Oxford University Press in 2023.
